Cordeck Metal Deck Profiles
Here at Cordeck®, we have a State-Of-The-Art Laser, and it is the most efficient there is in laser cutting. The laser beam is created by an active fiber and is then transmitted over a transport fiber to the machine’s cutting head. Fiber lasers are significantly smaller than CO2 lasers. They also generate several times the power from the same amount of current. A fiber-cutting system is primarily suited for processing thin to thick sheets of metal from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals like copper and brass.
This means with our laser we can do the following:
• Provide intricate enhancements when processing our quality steel deck products in-house.
• Cut and cleanly remove parts without a secondary tooling process to remove burrs.
• Assist you with overflow on your lines or run parts on a regular basis.
• Production for a short run, prototype, or long runs.
We’re also able to make cool designs and signs like the ones you see pictured!

March is known as National Ladder Safety Month, presented by the American Ladder Institute®.
